You may also email booking@rovyren.com. No order number or extra information is required when we can identify your account from the purchase email. If identification is unclear, we will request only what is necessary.
Your request takes effect when received. Acknowledgment is due within two business days and does not postpone cancellation. Timely cancellation prevents the next renewal; a charge already processed is handled under the refund policy. Opening this email draft does not send it or confirm cancellation.
