Before purchasing your assessment
$399 USD one-time payment plus any tax shown before payment. Includes one 50-question assessment for one business, written priorities and one findings call of up to 30 minutes. Packages are purchased separately.
14 calendar days to submit. One completed submission per purchase. Your working access notice shows the exact expiration time. Expected written review: 3–5 business days after complete submission; due within 10 business days.
Refund rules: Full refund before paid questions open. For a change of mind after opening, the $99 access component is nonrefundable. Review work may be retained at $100/hour in 15-minute increments, capped at $250; delivery of conforming written findings earns $250. The $50 call component is earned when the call is held. Refunds for material service failures and legal rights remain available.
Assessment limitations: The assessment is a questionnaire-based review of your answers, not a technical audit, penetration test, legal opinion or insurance certification. It does not guarantee prevention of a breach, fraud, data loss or downtime. Packages provide only the safeguards listed in your accepted service order; buying a package does not mean those safeguards are already active.
Package terms and delivery
Kickoff contact within 2 business days after payment and an accepted service order. Your initial plan and implementation schedule are due within 10 business days after required information and access arrive. Installation typically takes 10–20 business days; your order must give exact completion dates.
Refunds: Unstarted work is refundable, except separately authorized nonrecoverable supplier costs. After work begins, only completed milestones and permitted documented labor are retained. Monthly cancellation stops future billing; unused annual recurring service is refunded proportionately using the discounted price actually paid. Onboarding and third-party charges are separately disclosed.
Billing and scope: Monthly package billing begins at purchase and renews every month until cancellation. The $399 discount applies once to the first monthly service payment; later payments use the regular monthly rate. Any onboarding fee is charged once at purchase and disclosed separately, along with applicable taxes. Safeguards become active after setup and verification; payment does not mean protection is already operating. Rovyren sends an activation notice identifying operating safeguards and pending work. Refund and cancellation rights in the policy remain available. Critical incident response commitments are separate from assessment review and installation deadlines.
No guarantee: Security services reduce risk; they cannot guarantee that an attack, stolen payment or loss will never occur. Package features, covered users and devices, exclusions, supplier commitments and dates must be accepted before payment.
