I am at least eighteen and authorized to act for the identified business. I understand that the free check is an awareness tool and the paid assessment is a questionnaire-based review of supplied information. It is not a technical audit, certification, insurance or guarantee against loss.
I will answer truthfully and will not submit passwords, security codes, private keys, full payment/account numbers or unrelated customer records. For a paid purchase I authorize Rovyren to receive and review my responses for the agreed assessment and send necessary service communications.
I understand the fourteen-day access period, one completed submission, review timetable and component-based refunds described in the Terms and Cancellation Policy. I may retain my answers and findings and share them with my employees and professional advisers for the purchased business. I will not resell the questionnaire or share paid access with another business.
This acknowledgment does not authorize a package subscription, intrusive system access, additional charges or advertising. Security risk does not excuse Rovyren’s own breach of duty. I do not release fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, nonwaivable legal rights or valid refunds. The proposed liability allocation is stated in Terms of Service section 11 and remains subject to legal review.
